Tommy Sewell
Tommy Sewell joined the Los Alamos Auxiliary Fire Brigade in January 1995. His main participation is in Search and Rescue (SAR). (Hot weather or cold, high altitude or low, vertical environment or flat -- it doesn't matter!) Since joining the Brigade, he has served as Training Officer, Alternate SAR Leader (current), and Vice-president (current). When he is not lucky enough to be out on a SAR mission, Tommy works as a staff scientist in the Theoretical Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Spare time is spent playing with family (wife, three kids, Alaskan Malamute puppy [grrr!], and cat), coaching youth soccer, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, and generally enjoying the northern half of New Mexico.
Tommy can be reached at sewell@ragnarok.lanl.gov.
